Hush-Hush Garden is the first underground restaurant in Lisbon. Here, we hold private dinner parties and cook for our guests who get to meet different people and enjoy the pleasures of a great dinner prepared with fresh organic ingredients and portuguese delicatessen. Plus, this all goes on in an amazing garden hidden in a Lisbon's old house.

Wow - Hush Hush Garden was such a lovely experience all the way around, it was certainly one of the highlights of our trip to Lisbon. Our hosts managed to strike the perfect balance between making is all feel at home with the pampered feeling of an exclusive restaurant. Each course presented to us was delicious and delightful, somehow familiar, yet unique. The only difficult part of the evening was making ourselves leave. I would liken the experience to the most perfect dinner party in the most beautiful garden setting.

Susana and Rita are wonderful hosts (So was Joao) and the food and company were great! Some of the food was from Rita's grandfather's farm - as was the olive oil (I think). The apartment is unique and the backyard a perfect place to enjoy an aperitif and nibbles before dinner. It was like going to a dinner party with friends. We all stayed until about 1 a.m. We are looking forward to visiting Lisboa again and going to Hush Hush Garden.
