About pHeast
pHeast is a performance. A traveling kitchen band.
We AINT (pause) "the help" ... you hear me? And We're Not a restaurant.. those guys have a thousand cooks and dishwashers and servers.. we're doing it on a different level. This is a new way of interacting with the dining environment.
Firstly, we are your entertainment host! You might speak to us as though you'd speak to a musician playing for you or an actor acting on stage for you.
We give alot of our souls doing this.. tons of time, plenty of money, and physically it is demanding.
That being said, pHeast is producer/designer Isaiah Frizzell and mixologist Nick Feller. We do multi-course tastings in unique homes for interesting people who've usually not met and find us online or come from twitter and other social media avenues. I am a social media strategist, chef and designer.
The food is modern and ancient, local and international. Usually ten courses. Sometimes more. check out the photos!
We'll soon be incorporating various performances: theatrical, film, fashion, and art in our events so come ready for something you've likely not experienced before!

Autodidactic, passionate life enthusiast.
I think art should splash and saturate, like waves of neutrinos, through all sectors of human thought.
DESIGN ALL!
Anyway.. so, I design food. multiple course dining experiences. I occasionally nip at the heels of the big boys.

This was such a fun and interesting event! I have now attended two of these dinners, each very different, and each worthy of doing again. Absolutely, the most interesting food experience of the last 12 months. Thank you!

The food was great. The people were great. The presentation of the courses was poorly timed and ruined the event for me. We arrived a little after 7pm. The first course was served at 8:45pm. Second course at 9:05pm. Third course at 9:50pm. Fourth course at 10:25pm. Fifth course 11:25pm. Sixth course after midnight. We had to leave about 12:30am. Didn't get to enjoy all 10 courses, if in fact 10 courses were served. For the price we paid we could have gone to any of a number of fine restaurants and had an exquisite multi-course feast.
