Chef Max although young has impressively traveled around the world and nails his flavors perfectly. Through his dishes he tries his best to stick to local Buenos Aires ingredients and play with elements that are from other countries but with a local twist. Chef Max's supper club though young in BA's closed door scene, his hard work, easy natured personality, passion and love for his cooking will not surprisingly in the future be the must drop in scene for closed door dining.
