little attended First Supper
Delicious food in the most epic surroundings! One of the best food experiences and dinner parties of my life. It was a first supper to remember and I will not be missing the last supper, especially if it takes place in the church again. Great chef, food and event organization!

The Secret Restaurant crew served up an amazing dining experience...the space/atmosphere was awesome. Most importantly the entrees blew my mind - hello there sausage with head meat wrapped in cracklin deliciousness. My first Gusta event, and sure not to be my last.

Ethan, Chris, and the Secret Kitchen crew are professionals who deliver well-paced and well-plated dishes. The pig was incredibly delicious. Head cheese wrapped in fresh sausage wrapped in pig skin - awesome! The pumpkin pie was delicious as well.
If Secret Kitchen cooked a pig every week, I would eat it.

Overall experience was wonderful. I was a little apprehensive when I saw the menu prior to the evening but I was really impressed with the execution. Smoked lentils were great and filling. Portions could have been a little bigger but in a restaurant setting you'll never get this much food for $25. Homemade beer was great. I love Little Skips and having this kind of experience there was really exciting.

I had a fantastic, memorable evening at the Secret Restaurant. As vegetarians, my partner and I are often left out of small affairs like these, so it was a real treat to be able to eat all 5 courses. Fresh, imaginatively prepared dishes with excellent drink options. I left stuffed and happy.

Overall, this was a solid event - I was with my girlfriend and good friend but still found time to meet new people and try some new food. Little Skips in Bushwick was the perfect venue for the event and I would love if they hosted similar events in the future.
The value here was amazing - $25 for a multi-course meal, plenty of libations, and live music! All in all, it was a good crowd and an event I would attend again.
With that said, I am very excited for Secret Restaurant's upcoming Pig Dinner where the meat ratio should be more to my liking.

This event was an incredible combination of atmosphere, food, and people. Ethan was able to rent out a coffee shop (Little Skips) which offered a cozy and "underground" venue for the evening.
Playful cocktails were included and those assisting Ethan were very friendly, putting everyone at ease and happily conversing with new found friends. Ethan clearly understands the importance of not only food, but the overall experience. Can't wait for the next one!

this was great! the food was delicious and i loved the setting. i had a great time meeting some of the other diners as well. the only thing i would suggest would be perhaps introducing yourselves a bit more and the concept behind the restaurant.

What an amazing event! The homemade pickles and chips were a great snack. All the homemade beers were totally delicious. Each course of the meal was unique and fantastic. The atmosphere was fun and intimate. I can't say enough how much I enjoyed the secret restaurant night at Lil Skips in Bushwick. Would defnitely go to future events.
