Description

The holidays are upon us and the markets are brimming with some new and exciting tasty treats from which to craft a menu. This dinner is a special holiday menu incorporating the best and most festive treats available today including fresh Dungeness crab, sorrel, peppers, green papaya, sweet dumpling squash, Ruby Red grapefruit, truffles, sweet peas, foie gras, lady apples, rose feranium, fuyu persimmons and comice pears. The wines are from France, California, Portugal and Italy with classic combinations like black truffles and Barbara d' Alba, foie gras and Sauternes as well as Champagne and anything!

The dinner will be in the town of Sonoma (exact location to be determined) and will begin at 7 PM and go until approximately 11 PM. The cost is only $140 for all nine courses, seven wines and service; a bargain with these ingredients and wines!
