Really enjoyed the evening and the food and the different beers. These events have me eating food that I would not ordinarily try. Great experience!

Description

The Manchester Pub is thrilled to celebrate the Fall Harvest with a special 6-course Beer Pairing Dinner featuring Sierra Nevada! The dinners will take place over 3 grouped seatings on November 9-10.

Founded in 1980, Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. has become 2nd largest craft brewery in America. Our dinner will feature courses paired with the Saison and Dubbel from Sierra Nevada’s Ovila Abbey Ales series, which is a collaboration with the monks at the Abbey of New Clairvaux in Vina, CA and closely follows the traditions established of monastic brewing. The dinner will also include pairings of Sierra Nevada favorites such as the Pale Ale and Kellerweis as well as the Tumbler seasonal autumn brown ale.

Guests will enjoy a rustic 6-course dinner featuring the menu and cooking of Chef Matthew Garelick (Wall and Water Restaurant, Manchester Pub). The seasonal dinner will feature courses such as Risotto Milanese, Coconut Curry “Ciopino” and Dubbel Duck. The full menu is below.

The price for the dinner is $50 per person with a reservation, excluding gratuity. There are three separate group seatings: 6:30pm and 9:00pm on Wednesday November 9 and 7:30pm on Thursday November 10. This ticket is for the Thursday 7:30pm seating on November 10 only.
