Please join Fire and Earth Kitchen for our upcoming cooking class, "Flavors of Southeast Asia-Vegan & Gluten-Free" where we'll be using some key ingredients in Southeast Asian cooking such as lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and fresh turmeric to create some very tasty meals. As always, 100% vegan, gluten and soy-free. Come explore the simplicity of fresh spring rolls, the satisfaction of handmade dumplings, and the savoriness of homemade curry. As with all of our creations, these meals are easy to prepare and will use simple plant based ingredients which are beneficial to our health, and make tasty additions to our everyday meals. All of our classes are demonstration based, which leaves you ample time to ask questions, sample food, and sip a drink. We teach by the warmth of a burning fire, which provides both inspiration and a sense of comfort unique to our classes. We expertly lead you through the steps of preparing four to five dishes, often including a scrumptious dessert. Custom recipe cards, nutritional information, and tips and tricks for easy meal preparation are shared throughout the class. Our group classes are social and casual, and cultivate a sense of community hard to find elsewhere. Each group class has a minimum of 4 participants, and maximum of 8.
