Mayan foundations stacked with Caribbean, Portuguese, French and Dutch influence these dishes and offer a fusion of tastes that will please the palate.

Your menu includes:
-Polkanes with Chiltomate Sauce- Fried Cornmeal Stuffed with Toasted Pumpkin Seeds and Butter Beans
-Easy Cochinita Pibil with Freshly Made Corn Tortillas and Roasted Tomatillo Salsa
-Chulibu’ul- Sauteed Fresh Corn and Black Eyed Peas

All of our classes are hands-on cooking. You are welcome to bring wine/alcohol or whatever beverage you would like to enjoy with your meal.

Chefs, Inc. is a beautiful, state-of-the-art culinary studio with eight fully equipped kitchen workstations.
